Medical records and PIP was created by Zinny
When applying for pip u r asked to supply medical records as evidence. Can only get this from GP. Is GP letter - to whom it may concern and saying medical history includes the following diagnosises then listing about 8 conditions - ok for PIP? (This history covers over 20 years.)Thank you for all the help you give to people who are struggling. Zonky

Hi Zinny
Letter from GP would be fine, a letter from a consultant with a diagnosis is also fine.
Hospital letters with an appointment are usually ignored.

i used the nhs app to get copies of some letters/test results. i also then went through the gp records section and printed screenshots of some relevant information and bits were diagnoses where recorded.
