Reg esa final payment being incorrect

Hi
I’m needing some advise please reg my final esa payment as I should of been paid two weeks esa money and esa have not even paid me one weeks esa money

Does this mean that my universal credit payment at the end of this month will include the money that my final ESA payment didn’t
Or does this mean there’s been an error by the automated system and esa will have to be contacted
