SAR done with PIP - questions obout SAR.

Hi - me again, sorry...

I sent in my MR but havent heard they recieved it yet.. will phone and check tomorrow I guess. it was a bit brutal though, but they made a mess of my life so I am done with sitting back and taking it... anyhooo..

I just got my PIP SAR back and there are a couple of things I don't understand.

one is a page that says Component details, there is a little box underneath with my name and `from case start` which says YES
then under that is Suspension status which says active, Does that mean my claim has been suspended? no payments etc? is this due to the MR?

then there is a benefit delivery case details which reads

recommended review date changed from 2028 to 2027
light touch review changed from blank to NO.



there was also a comment on the back of a page that says `advanced customer support concerns ` what does that mean or is it just a header on the page?

Thank you so much, I really do appreciate the time people and yourself have taken to answer my - what probably sound like dumb questions... you can thank my neurodivergent brain

perhaps you can tell me though - do they stop your pip while the MR is going on?
I did get a text late last night - weridly- to say they are doing an MR and should hear in 8 weeks.
I do need to send more evidence and I made that clear but how long do I have to get that back to them? I am waiting on a psychiatirsts letter and 2 SARs

with the MR I did send a tribunal report froom 2002 from DLA which I won btw. And I am trying to find things that prove my difficulties and that they have existed my whole life. But they were dismissed and I have been left deprived of being able to access the support I need and needed.
