The review is for Universal Credit .
He's only been on it for 18 months but a review has been requested .

Quote from journal

"Unfortunately all of the reviews are completed through the upload of evidence and the review interview telephone call. We are not based in a job centre so would be unable to conduct this review face to face or by email.

As you agreed to be Jordans appointee this does mean that you will act on his behalf, I am able to accept him to give explicit consent for someone else to speak on his behalf with him being present in the room to answer any questions this person may not know on the telephone interview.

The reviews are selected at random for the full claim review to make sure Jordan is receiving the correct amount of universal credit and all universal credit claims will be reviewed when pulled at random and this will be a mandatory appointment to attend.

If you could let me know the name of someone who can take the call in Jordans presence we can get this booked in at a time that suits them both?

Kind regards

Hi LIsa

Jordan in the past would have been interviewed by the DWP and assessed as not having the capacity to administer his Benefits so that is why you as the Appointee need to represent him in any review.
UC reviews are standard now for all claimants.
