ESA SG to UC Migration errors

In the last 3 days I have asked 9 times on the journal and once on the phone for someone to contact me urgently to rectify all these errors (see below) as obviously all these things come with threats if you aren't seen to be complying. For the record I am housebound and often bedbound due to multiple interacting disabilities and medical issues, for which the NHS's AACC (CHC as was) provide me with full time round the clock carers, and for which I was WCA'd straight into the ESA Support Group ongoing in 2018. There have been no breaks in my claim.

10 October entry by you states I'm not getting ESA... despite me informing you on MULTIPLE occasions that I am, and I'm in the support group. Despite the fact it is easy enough for you to check if you bother.
Seriously, what is the matter with your system, and it committing error after error?

So far I have provided full ID but it said I hadn't, then it says I haven't signed the commitments which I have now done TWICE - confirmed on the journal thing, but it's still telling me to do it again. Then it's telling me to provide a Fit note - but only on my journal - it's not on the to-do list - so lucky I noticed it. However as I was placed in the Support Group for ESA following WCA in 2018, (21st June or July), I don't think I should be asked to provide the same information again. I have confirmed this with ESA this morning who said they would send you any information regarding it you request - but you haven't requested any for some bizarre reason.
I have repeatedly requested someone contact me urgently about all these errors at your end and I need you to know you are making me really ill both with the lack of correct information being spouted by your online systems, but also by your lack of timely response ..........................

As you can tell I was a bit hacked off by the time I composed this one, after my much nicer ones had been ignored for 48 hours+++
