Inheriting and buying a house on UC/PIP was created by k_dowell66

Thankyou David, would a 2 bedroom flat/house be deemed as reasonable by the DWP so that i had somewhere for a carer to stay if needed. I currently live in a 1 bed council flat.

I should imagine so. It would be difficult for a Decision Maker to state that you had deprived yourself of Benefit deliberately in those circumstances.
