Hi
has any one on the forum heard of or knows any thing about the information stated below

Certain individuals may be excluded from moving to Universal Credit if they receive a Severe Disability Premium (SDP). The following conditions apply:

Existing SDP Recipients: If you are currently receiving a Severe Disability Premium as part of your legacy benefits, you will not automatically be moved to Universal Credit.

Managed Migration: If you are in the process of managed migration and receive a migration notice, you may not be required to switch to Universal Credit if you are still eligible for SDP.

Hi j

What you are saying is not currently the situation and remember Managed Migration invitations are now coming to an end.
