Pip success 1 st time using guides

Hi All, I received pip reassessment ar1 28th April with extensions, I needed to get it back 5th june. I received a paper based same award on 2nd Oct. I was awarded from 25th Sept, this is the 1st time I've used the guides to do the reassessment and the only time I've not needed a medical, I am quite frankly shocked(no medical) I don't agree with the award on care, but I've got the same as before and it ends Sept 28. I did provide 32 pages and massive amounts of proof which I always have, but I think the difference is I was able to point out what is actually quite obvious bits that I never realised must make a difference. And know what the law requires. Is there a report like after a medical with a paper based award.
