PIP Assessment by Capita

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever made a complaint to Capita about the PIP assessor who has written the PA4 report following the video assessment.

I’m reviewing the PA4 after the DWP scored my partner 0 points. I’m of the mindset that DWP won’t be interested in our experience of the assessor, their attitude and fact they seem to have zero knowledge/experience of mental health.

It may sound petty, but i want it noted officially how disappointed we were with how the quality of service we experienced. There contract with DWP is worth Millions and Millions of pounds, they should be challenged on the service that they provide.
