I am trying to work out the best email address/telephone number to pospone a tribunal date. The one I have been given is too short notice as I am waiting for my solicitor to come back to me and its only 10 days away. I am currently holding on the general help phone number but they close at 4pm so I am doubful I will get through at this rate.
You need to contact HMCTS, I cannot give you a number as it depends on where you live, if you postpone your Tribunal you may have to wait quite a while to be re-listed, did you notify HMCTS when you made your appeal about the minimum length of time needed for an appointment.
