Hello can I send another document at review stage any advice would be appreciated as my sister in law filled it out for me put aids on but hasn't left me no room to put how I actually use the aids to prepare food a simple meal for one any help would be appreciated thank you

Hi Lynn

You can add extra pages as the boxes in review are not very big.

If you add extra pages make sure the assessors knows there are extra pages, make sure you number the pages such as: 1 of 9, 2 of 9 ..... add you name and National Insurance number to each page.
