PIP appeal with tribunal was created by RJS72
I have been waiting nearly 2 years for a tribunal hearing for a renewal of PIP. Does anyone know what the current waiting time is for a hearing to be listed?

Hi RJS72
Two years is a long time. You need to contact your local tribunals service and ask them. The length varies in different parts of the country, but the average is 50 weeks.

I contacted the Tribunal as suggested and had my tribunal 3-4 weeks after I made contact. They overturned the PIP assessor and granted reinstatement of my PIP.
Thank you for your advice!!
