The UC Advance for a new claim is automatically calculated and once your claim has been accepted you can apply on your smart phone and get an immediate response. I should imagine that the Transitional Element has not been synced with the UC Build software that calculates the Advance.
Have any Forum members had an Advance with a Transitional Element included? Maybe its different if you phone UC and apply for an Advance that way.
