Hi there still trying to find out if my son can just do his migration claim with UC - not claim the ns esa. But i tried to speak to advisors in UC they all say something different.
I just asked this and she said he would get the Main payment for migrating IR esa - BUT doesn't know if he would be automatically be put in the LCWRA group (he was in support group esa) as it might not class as migrating over if he cancels esa and he could lose his transional protection
So i dont know what to think i thought he would just get main payment the payment for LCWRA but they say could also one said he might have to have assessment

Hi teresasue

I think I explained before that the transfer of LCWRA will be automatic.
It appears you are getting incorrect advice from DWP telephony agents. Who did you phone?

Hi David I have another query sorry when we get this phone call for ND ESA commitments should I refuse if I'm appointee. What happens then if he's not done commitment?

Hi teresasue

Yes you can refuse to accept a Claimant Commitment by saying that Appointees are not allowed to accept them according to the DWP's own rules.
