Yes, the CAB will conduct a 3 way call with UC if the client wishes to do so. I was offered the same thing.
I decided to go ahead with the online application form, but can still take advantage of the 3 way call if I have any issues with the first payment that need to be resolved.
Savings details are definitely required as you are asked, on the form, to fill in all your bank accounts and the amounts in each.
