I have been looking at the help ChatGPT can offer in dealing with letters and renewals in dealing with UC / ADP.
It seems to be a good resource in collecting thoughts and helping with expression.

Hi M&E,
I would strongly urge caution using AI in respect of applications for benefits and renewals. AI answers always seem to come up upon a Google search these days. I am not totally sure how accurate they are. Some of the legal 'facts' were wrong. AI sometimes invents things too. Please be careful.

Part of my role is to complete PIP forms with clients and I have with recently experimented using ChatGPT to help with this. I have found it very useful in some respects but I wouldn't rely on it as some of the advice provided was wrong. I would always advise on double checking any information provided with a trusted source.
