Hi, I sent my PIP review form yesterday about 4pm for special delivery.

Today about 1pm I received this text from DWP

About your PIP review. The health professional has sent us their report.
We will make a decision on your PIP, but it may take 6 weeks before you hear from us.
You will continue to get PIP while your award is being reviewed.
You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

Firstly I'm shocked at the speed of this and secondly, does this look positive as in no need for medical assessment?

That is quick! It means they have done a paper-based assessment. I hope they meet the deadline they have said for your decision letter to arrive.
