Hi,
I need some advice please. Long story but I will cut it short, just need clarifying on two aspects of what a case manager has told me today on my MR call.
He said that as I could engage with my GP and medical professionals - In his opinion I could engage with others. I tried to explain that GP, medical professional was not a social context and he blatently stated No, if I could talk to my GP, it was considered I could talk to anyone - Is this true?
He also said that he acknowledged I need someone with me when I make journeys but as I did not physically go out 4 days a week, he could not award me Mobility 1f as a criterion was that the individual went out at least 4 days a week - Is this true?
I think hes wrong on both of the above and did try to explain but he just said No he was right
I think I should appeal to trubunal but wanted to make sure I had my facts right so any advice would be appreciated please

Are you sure you talked to a case manager, as it is not true.
