Job Centre doing WCA by stealth was created by paul
Hi.. A client is most of way through migration from ESA to UC - Support Group to LCWRA - now informed by Job Centre and confirmed by DWP that they must have a phone call, up to 30 minutes, to explain "exactly how their health condition effects their ability to work". This feels like WCA by another route. Anyone else had this and any advice.? Time is limited..

Hi Paul
I know of five people who received that message. Phonecall was less ten minutes - and just told them to keep an eye on their journal, report any change in circumstances and that was it. Obviously, I can't say categorically that yours will be the same, but that's what happened to them.
