I'm afraid your question is outside the remit of this forum, and is in the hands of the DWP and what they will or will not accept. If you have a third party assisting you, they need to contact the DWP on your behalf and explain your circumstances to determine what they will accept. I can't tell you what that might be, because we don't know what they do, if a claimant fails one part of the check - other than saying they normally insist on a home visit (which you have already said isn't possible).
