I checked my bank account this morning and my ESA had not been paid in. I haven't had this happen before and I've been claiming it for 10 years. I haven't had any review forms or anything like that. I did try to ring DWP, but i was waiting so long I gave up. What is the best time to ring and have you heard of this happening before? Thanks.
Hi, thanks for replying. I rang them at 9.00 am and got through after about half an hour. It turns out it had been issued but hadn't gone through from their side, but it was sorted pretty quickly and I got my money this afternoon. So panic over.
