Appeal question

Hi Mummy Bear,
Certainly some areas deal with appeals quicker than others. I have had appeals that have been heard within 3 months, but I have also waited over a year, so it's difficult to say hiw long it will take.
If you produce some good compelling arguments then yes DWP may well change their decision. This has happened to me twice recently. So there is a good chance of revision at this stage.
