ESA to UC - COUNCIL TAX

Yes, my status was living alone, receiving irESA, in SG, with DIG. I also receive standard DL & enhance Mob PIP, which I have successfully retained following review. Nothing has changed regarding my status or income - I receive Transitional Protection to maintain identical income following MM to UC.

I've posted on a thread elsewhere in the forum: it seems that the software of ?some councils identify TP as 'income' & so have issued fresh CT bills with lower CTR.

I've receive such a bill, requiring payment of some £350-odd from Buckinghamshire Council.

After much fruitless rummaging on their website, I finally found a contact email address and am appealing the bill, setting out the full details of my circumstances.

The council assert they have 2 months to consider my request, whereas I am required to make payment according to their schedule :/

As and when I receive the council's response, I shall post again.
