I'm unsure about another question on UC form (under Money, Savings ): "do you have any late or backdated benefit payments". I had a backdated esa payment a long time ago (8 years?) and a ADP backpayment that is recent but more than a year ago and all spent, am I supposed to include these? Or are they not valid because over a year since receiving them? I am under the £6000 savings limit.
