Hello, I'm unsure how to answer the question "Have you applied for a reduction in your Council Tax?" (Options are: Yes/No but I will apply/ No I dont want to apply). I've been getting CTR for years but I never applied for it, the council did it automatically when I applied for HB years ago. Does the form refer to CTR once i get UC? (In which case I answer "No but i will apply". )
Should I phone UC helpline and inform of complex needs as I have been feeling suicidal with this extreme terror about UC. Or wait and write in journal? Is there anywhere to write it on initial application?
