I am currently in the support group ESA and also get DLA standard rate. I am due to migrate to UC in the next 2 weeks. I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis which is not part of my current DLA claim. Do I need to inform the DLA of my new diagnosis before I migrate to UC or can I do this afterwards? Will it affect anything if it is done later? Thanks in advance.
