ESA to UC migration, verifying identity

Hi there,

I have received the migration notice and am about to start my claim.

The B&W guide says that I can use a debit or credit card to verify my identity online.

This would be the best option for me from the examples given, but I don't understand how to go about doing this.

Could you please clarify how to do this?

Sorry if this is a stupid question- I'm not very techie and am panicking a lot.

Sorry to be a pain, but will I be able to set up an account using a laptop and dumb phone?

I'm worried about the verification of the dumb phone since it can't click on a link.
