Morning. I have received my UC Migration letter, but am not going to actually apply until June.
My query was about the UC Claimant Commitment. Can I request to check my account once a month instead of once a week? My MH is already spiralling. Once a week and I will live the remainder of my life in a state of continual triggering (C-PTSD). I am going to state Complex Needs. I am already on their database (I think) as having additional support needs. Has anyone here managed to request this? Were you successful? Thank you for your time.
