Hi roadrunner

One good thing about UC is you don't have to wait on the phone to provide information. So you can send a Journal message to the Work Coach about your concerns.

Hi, I have an update
I expressed my concerns via journal about not receiving a claimant commitment appointment for new style esa since receiving a letter about me changing to it and needing to have an appointment. The reply was I need to contact esa directly. I did contact esa and was told to ignore the letter as I would have already accepted a commitment before and it would be carried over for migration to uc. They said the letters were sent out assuming it was a new claim. Been a month since getting the letter now no text or anything about a appointment. Interesting as others have had different experiences.
