UC migration from old style esa was created by Suzanne
Have been on old style esa for 10years ,I migrated to UC on the 15th march my daughter filled in all the necessary details eg rents have noticed that will get standard rate as I'm am single age 59 because I need a assessment I was under the impression that if I'm in a support group this would carry over on to UC con some one help not sure what I should do next

Did you get the Managed Migration letter from the DWP in the post? Are you claiming UC as a single person?

Hi David thanks for getting back to my query yes it was managed migration and yes I did get a letter in the post yes I'm claiming as a single person

Hi Suzanne
That being so they have made a mistake. I would send a UC Journal Message reminding them that you have been in the ESA Support Group this year. Choose the recipient A Payment for the message and not Work Coach as it is the latter who are making mistakes. Your message will go to a UC Case Manager and hopefully you will be placed in the LCWRA group.

Thank you for your reply not sure if I have a work coach I speak with a lady called Hannah not sure who she is I find everything very confusing not sure who I speak to now

Dear david thank you for the information given have followed your advice,
Wrote in my journal and that I was in a support group via ESA from last year to this year before UC managed migration .
I have just had a message back from Hannah at uc that I'm placed in LCWRA group
