ESA Contributions bases

I have recently been trying to calculate when I will receive my state pension.

During my research, it has come to light that I am missing some NI contributions from 2017. I believed these should have been paid by way of a credit because I receive contributions based ESA. I have also seen that the weekly payments I receive (£228.20 a fortnight) do not match those published on the government web site. I am in the support group and have an indefinite award since 2010!

Should I be receiving £138.20 per week? I still only receive the old rate of £114.10! Should my payments have been augmented by now? My second question is how far will you backdate the outstanding amount that I am entitled to? My third question is will my outstanding NI contributions be credited?

As I am now 62, 63 in September my health problems are beginning to increase.

MY ESA is an exportable benefit. I do not now live in the UK. I live in France. The BA have my address ans correspondence comes to me here.
