Migration from ESA LCWRA to UC

I have just received a 'Migration notice' that says I will stop getting housing benefit and ESA and need to claim UC.
Am I right in thinking it will be treated as a completely new claim with me having to go through all the various assessments again or will it be easier as I am already considered to be in the LCWRA category?
Do I have to 'prove myself' all over again?
It's very difficult for me as I'm electrosensitive (as well as narcoleptic and a whole host of other nerve issues) which is the biggest issue I have to contend with. My doctor is aware but most people don't even know what it is and don't understand that I cannot be in heavily radiated environments e.g. anywhere there is wifi, smartphones, bluetooth, smartmeters etc.

I think the best thing you can do is to phone the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. Their phone number is on page 2 of your Managed Migration letter.
Call our Help to Claim phone number
You can contact an adviser through our free Help to Claim phone service. Advisers are available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday:
England: 0800 144 8 444
They will explain everything to you and assist you with the application until you get your first payment. If you don't like the look of Help to Claim you can ask for a DWP Visiting Officer to come to your home and take your details there.
