Hi teams and everyone .
Almost 2 months since my UC claim i have had no contact from them. My HB and CRC cont although all been updated . I have access t the UC Account . I updated seeking update today ?
I even contacted citizens advice amd they said is prob an issue with an ESA 3 i was asked to complete and they cannot help ad is only for new clams ! Well this is a linked issue arising from my new claim ! I didnt find the advisor helpful- he said if your up to date just wait i cannot access your account !
Has anyone had similar issue's ? Any guidance ? Im thankful my HB and ctc cont perhaps they becoming aware i complex cases to do so to avoid arrears ? Also is close to CTC ending too and end of year .. . I do hope they reply and dont close my claim as i am up

Hi Vangel
I think you are going to need personal advice regarding this issue.
Citizens Advice is a large organisation comprising National Advice and Local. You have previously contacted the National Advice section probably the Help to Claim Service. It would be a good idea to contact your local Citizens Advice Agency now. They provide personal assistance such as a companion to Benefit Tribunals and face to face interviews at a local office. There also may be other local advice agencies who offer free of charge assistance, such as Community Money Advice.
Let me know how you get on.
