As for the assessor, it is a waste of words. How can a "nurse" during a 30 minute phone call ignore everything, a form that described real life examples in every descriptor, a diagnosis and even a letter of support from the mother?
I come to the conclusion that these so-called "health professionals" are simply wasting their skills doing assessments. They should go back to the NHS.
Think about it, if after a 30 minute conversation they can say that everything is ok with you. And therefore you do not need to see a specialist or therapy.
Think about how much the "waiting list" would be shortened if they worked for the NHS. I think the government should take this into account in its "NHS reform", right?
