  			 				Hi

Today I've had the dreaded text message about PIP review form being sent but thought I would try & get ahead of things by starting now. Two questions if I may: 1. I assume a completely new person will look at my form from scratch, so do I resend in all the medical evidence from my original form? Or will that already be on file?

2. I have severe hearing issues (not hearing loss) but after a CT scan, Audiology & ENT have pretty much abandoned me unfortunately as they currently have little to offer in way of treatment that I can access. I was given a year's open-ended appointment in Sept 23 (which ran out in Sept 24) & so I'm not currently under them for treatment yet my condition is probably worse than before. Should I explain this on the review form & would it be worth requesting a letter from my GP confirming my conditions still affect me in the same way?

Thank you in advance.

  			 				Hi KAZ2Y5

The person to look at your review form will be a new person.
You don't have to send in medical evidence you have sent before because they will have it. Having said that - lots of people do send the information again because they don't trust the DWP. You have to do what feels right for you.

Yes, I would try and get an up-to-date letter from your GP to confirm ongoing hearing issues and the fact it has deteriorated.
