Reporting a change for ESA was created by BigTam
Would you need to report a change if you receive a new diagnosis (Autism) which is not an improvement in your health but merely confirms and or relates to some of your exisiting symptoms (Anxiety, Social phobia, unable to deal with change, rigid routine, practically housebound e.t.c) which you have already made them aware of on your exisiting claim?

Thanks in advance.

Hi BigTam

The DWP always say they need to know about any change (but it's improvements they are really interested in) - so you can inform them, or you can just keep the information until your next review. You don't want to trigger a review because someone hasn't read what you tell them correctly.
