Unsure of what to include on the PIP Review form. was created by Connie
I am filling in the pip review form and need to mention I've been diagnosed with another health condition. that impacts my life.
I'm unsure whether to just include how the effects of my new health diagnosis affects me in completing my daily tasks, and write nothing about my past difficulties etc, (which the DWP say they don't need to see.)
Or, do I simply treat it as a totally new claim and include both the past difficulties as well as including the current difficulties caused by the new diagnosis?
Thank you.

  			 				Hi Connie,

Always best to treat everything as a new claim. I would also follow the guides on this website for additional information, but everyway that you're affected, let them know how - as this is what PIP is usually paid on, the points you score for the way your conditions affect your daily life.
