UC Application - what constitutes 'medical treatments'?

UC Application - what constitutes 'medical treatments'? was created by dazzlelight
Hi when completing the universal credit application In the 'health' section where it asks you to list your medical conditions it asks:

'Are you receiving, recovering from or expecting to recieve any medical treatments.'

What do they define as 'medical treatments'? Would counselling count or medication? Or is it just major things.

Could anyone help Thanks

The government definition is"- Medical treatment” means all procedures for diagnosing, or treating any physical or mental illness, infirmity or defect. So counselling and medication would be included.
