For those whose pip review claims are being managed by Serco, How long between receiving a text saying " ...This is for information purposes only, to let you know that we are managing your PIP assessment. We will look at the available evidence and will contact you with an appointment if we need to have a consultation with you... " How long was it between getting that text and either getting a text saying a desicion has been made or a text with an assessment date?
