Hi CARTERWINTER

You talk about the Land Registry, is this in connection to becoming a new property owner?

Hi CARTERWINTER

As long as you live in the house you do not need to inform the DWP. However if ever you moved out permanently then you would need to tell them as the house would be considered an asset.

Hope this helps.
