Hi, I received my migration notice in the post yesterday (dated 11/11/24) and I have until 12/02/25 to claim. I have a few questions about it all if anyone could help that would be great! I'm currently in receipt of support group ESA, LHA (HB) and PIP at enhanced rates for both components.
1) I don't have a telephone, either a landline or a mobile. What should I do, as I understand that I'd have to give them a phone number when I claim online?
2) I also found out yesterday that at some point between now and the end of January I'll be going into hospital for surgery, which pretty much exactly coincides with my UC migration period. Due to the number of serious medical conditions that I have, I won't be able to manage the UC claiming process and the demands of my surgery and recovery at the same time. Is there anything I could do to mitigate any of this, such as delaying the UC claim for a few months without losing any of my existing benefits?
3) I don't have photo ID at all, and I won't be able to cope with attending a Jobcentre, as due to my medical conditions I'm not able to travel well (I live in a very rural location and my nearest Jobcntre ia a good number of miles away).
Any advice/suggestions/information would be gratefully received.

The DWP have contracted Citizens Advice Help to Claim to assist claimants in UC Managed Migration.
You will need to contact Help to Claim via their online facility ( see below ).

Our Help to Claim advisers can help you with the early stages of your Universal Credit claim. You can talk to them on the phone, online over chat or using our British Sign Language (BSL) service.

prepare for your first Jobcentre appointment
check your first payment is correct
You can read our online advice on Universal Credit at any time.
