Hi all,

What does “return it to us by x date” mean? Is it that the DWP must receive it before that date or does it include that date?

I would also suggest using Special Delivery. I used it for everything because the post can be unreliable, even more so nowadays.

I sent a birthday card to an address in the next county to me 6 weeks ago and it’s only just arrived!
