Hello David, I thought to let you know, I have today received my UCD81 showing I have LCWRA. I have asked for a copy of the medical assessment report for my records. So much relief, too much to put into mere words. The note written by a named agent in my journal suggests, I will be re assessed in November 2025. My UCD81 does not say this and I am aware that the WCA may be discontinued in 2025. Over the coming days I will collect and correlate my journey, I keep notes and all correspondence, and try to make it as detailed but also short as possible, and then submit it in a new post. There in lays the problems of having more than one significant/complex health diagnosis. Thank you, and other moderators for your input over the last few months, very helpful and informative. Nige
