Question meaning in PIP review was created by linwinn
Despite reading examples from various sources (which seem to offer conflicting advice) I remain confused about the PIP review sub-question: 'Tell us about any changes to the help you need or the help you get from another person'.
Do they mean the help that has changed since the last award or the help needed in an ideal situation but not yet received?
I am probably overthinking but the more I look at the question the less sure I am! Thanks.

Hi linwinn

it will depend on your circumstances. If your health has deteriorated since your last review, you may need more help.
1. You may already be getting more help (eg relative or professional) since your last review - then you say so.
2. You may be waiting to get more help since your last review (eg waiting list) - then say so.
3. You may need more help - (but services or money or relatives may not be available.) - then say so and make it clear what you can't do because you haven't the help. Don't make a thing of managing despite not having help - because they will immediately latch onto you being able to cope. This isn't a suggestion you should say anything that isn't true - it's just the emphasis you need to put in your response.
