Migration to UC team called me and gave me an extension

Hello,

Just an update.

If you recall I had called UC to ask them for an extension which they refused.

Well I got a call from what I understand is a team within the UC that deals with migration to UC.
They asked me if I needed help.

I said I needed an extension but that was previously refused.

The advisor granted me a 4 weeks extension.
I can breathe a bit for now.

Hello,

I was told on the phone by the person giving me the extension that I would get a letter in the post to confirm the extension of the deadline.

I have always problems with the post with mail not being delivered, delivered late or delivered to the wrong address.

So I really have to check I get written confirmation of my new deadline.

If I do not get it close to the deadline I will be obliged to call them as I do not want to take the risk of my benefits being stopped.
