pip overpayments was created by gransu
my pip review went in in august 2023, but was only picked up last month. They have told me l am no longer entitled to pip and that they will calculate the overpayment and be in touch with me. Can they go back to August23 or is there a limit on how far they can go

Hi gransu

You need to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation about applying for a mandatory reconsideration and then appeal.

You need to contact the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4 to see how they made their decision.

In answer to your question, an overpayment occurs from the date when a decision has been made.
