I'm glad that you put in the MR and found our advice helpful.
Hopefully you won't need to appeal...but if you do...
If you have weittenba full MR letter there's no real need to rehash this for the appeal. If you have nothing more to say at this time, just simply Google 'online SSCS1 '. I know you struggled with the online MR, but there's not much to write in the appeal form. Name address and date of MR etc. Then dates to avoid etc and in the grounds of appeal, just say eg
'I seek to appeal against the refusal of DWP to award both daily living and mobility components of PIP.'
You could add that eg 'DWP rely on a very poor assessment report, and have ignored the criticisms set out in full in the MR letter '
Press submit. Job's a good'un.
But....as I said fingers very crossed you won't need to appeal.

called last week as hadn't heard anything. Apparently it had not been actioned by anyone, I said that's strange because I called on 1st of November 2024 to check it had been received and papers scanned onto system. There was some scuttling , some random questions then I was put on hold. Different person came back to me, asked same questions and I said exactly what I told the previous person, I was told previous person had not entered them on system. Was told they would pass to medical assessor as it was complicated but I would hear back Monday at latest. Then the person mentioned that I had sent back 16 pages comments why I disagreed for MR, sounded a bit miffed. I said, well there was a lot wrong with it.
