Mandatory Review practice and procedure was created by Leanne2730
Hi everyone - I have asked for a MR, which I completed and sent off in a few days as I was going abroad for a few weeks and knew I wouldn't be able to post the letter easily when I was away.
I read avidly in this site as to the review but couldn't find any information on this site about what happens next.
I have had a text saying I need to contact DWP if I haven't heard from them by 15 weeks which takes me up to Christmas week.
Who looks at my application - do I have another telephone review?
Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks in advance for any extra information!

Hi Leanne2730

The information about Mandatory Reconsiderations is inside the Guide to PIP Appeals. The process is explained on pages 3 - 8. (Click on the link below and scroll down the page). You won't have another review - they will just make a decision and write to you.
