Migration to UC was created by nansen
Hello All,

I am 59 years of age.

I receive income-related ESA.

I am in the Support Group.

I receive Housing Benefit.

I also receive PIP: standard rate for Daily Living and enhanced rate for Mobility.

As of now (18 September 2024), I have not received any communication from the DWP regarding my migration to Universal Credit.

My question is: should I contact the DWP now and query this? Or should I wait to hear from them (the DWP)?

Many thanks for an excellent service, advice and information resource. My best wishes to everyone who uses Benefits & Work!.

Regards to All,

Nansen.

Hi nansen

Not everyone is being contacted straightaway, DWP are going through set procedures. If you are worried then contact your local Welfare Rights Organisation, they will be able to tell you if they have come across claimants similar to yourself applying for UC.
