Short of evidence for ESA OR PIP?

Dear fellow members and moderators,

1- Is anyone short of evidence to submit with ESA or PIP claim
I do the following:

- Gp surgery system online
This last few years I registered with my GP surgery system online, and I can find A&E discharge reports, Consultants letters, referrals from my GP to MSK - that referral list my problem, my operations allergies etc at the end of that referral under the paper clip.
I can select the years I want to view the documents.

- I asked for my GP surgery for my full records for many years, I got hundreds of pages for free a few weeks ago.

- If there is no recent evidence
We could ask:
A letter from a neighbour, carer, family member to support our application
I know many are reticent and told me NO, but some helped me with a letter.
A previous neighbour and her daughter both did a letter of support for me, they did not put their address, just email and telephone number and I was told that was valid. They told me that PIP never contacted them.
Recently I included my child’s letter as support.

- Since my last PIP I built up little by little all my evidence and put everything in a file ready to use as evidence.
I ask for Xray, Mri, ultrasound a little bit at a time.
I know over the years I am getting worse and every time I asked for Xray or mri they confirmed the worsening of my health conditions and diagnosed me with new ones.
That came handy when PIP just asked me what changed since my last PIP award.

So in the last 3 years since my last PIP review I have been diagnosed with Xrays with new health conditionS OA Shoulders and elbows and deformed fingers. MRI confirming Spinal stenosis
Mri confirming worsening of OA in other parts of my body
Ultrasound confirming shoulders tears etc etc.

Best wishes

Hi VIA

Thank you for taking the time to say how you have collected additional evidence. I'm sure there are other members who will find your experience very useful
